This isn't just another sales role. It's a pivotal position in our team -- one where your ideas will matter, your performance will be noticed, and your leadership will shape the future of fall protection in the UK. You'll be working closely with our General Manager and leadership team, playing a hands-on role in delivering commercial success while making a real difference in workplace safety.
What You'll Be Doing
We'll rely on your drive and expertise to:
Deliver Results
- Achieve and exceed your personal sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Grow the Business
- Identify and win new business opportunities, with a focus on safety solutions and fall protection systems.
Own Key Relationships
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients through trust, service excellence, and technical know-how.
Lead from the Front
- Be visible in the field, conducting site surveys, producing quotations, and supporting the team by example.
Shape Our Direction
- Work with the General Manager on strategic development, including launching new products and exploring new routes to market.
Build a Strong Sales Culture
- Inspire, coach, and support your colleagues, helping to create a high-performing, margin-focused sales environment.
What We're Looking For
You don't need to come from a fall protection background -- but if you've worked in construction, technical sales, or health & safety products, you'll feel right at home. We're looking for someone who is:
Commercially savvy, with experience in solution-based selling
Comfortable interpreting technical drawings and conducting site-based surveys
A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Hands-on, proactive, and always looking for ways to add value
Experienced in using Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a bonus
Ready to travel across Scotland , with a full UK driver's license
