Salary:

40,000-50,000 plus commission (dependent on experience)

Sales Engineer

to expand sales of our

liquid pumps, seed metering devices, and associated engineered equipment

.

The Role

Based in the UK, you will manage technical and commercial relationships with OEMs, dealers and (where required) end users.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell

liquid pumps

,

seed metering devices

and related innovative equipment into OEM, dealer and retrofit channels. Work closely with OEM manufacturers, agricultural machinery builders, dealers and selected end users. Deliver technical sales presentations, demonstrations and product support. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and achieve agreed targets. Identify new market opportunities across EAME and support global programmes. Attend trade shows, customer sites and industry events. Liaise with the Founder and engineering teams to provide market intelligence.

Candidate Profile

Essential:

Proven experience in

sales engineering

, technical sales or an agricultural/mechanical technology role. Comfortable selling to

OEMs

, dealers and end users. Strong technical interest and ability to understand engineered machinery. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel in the UK, EAME and internationally. Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

Background in agricultural machinery, pumps, seeding systems or mechanical engineering. Existing industry network within OEM or agricultural machinery sectors.
