We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable

Sales Support & Estimating Administrator

to join our friendly Service & Maintenance team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes being at the heart of a business, and wants clear progression into sales over time.

You'll play a key role supporting our sales and service teams, helping turn service reports into customer quotations, keeping projects running smoothly, and making sure nothing gets missed. Just as importantly, you'll be joining a growing specialist business where you'll be trusted, supported, and encouraged to develop.

What you'll be doing

Working closely with the Director of Sales and the wider service team Preparing clear, professional quotations for servicing, maintenance, and repairs Turning engineer reports into easy-to-understand customer proposals Keeping customer and project information organised and up to date Supporting day-to-day office and sales administration Helping coordinate service visits, schedules, and follow-ups Raising invoices and purchase orders using cloud-based systems Updating internal systems and contributing to company social media Getting involved in meetings, projects, and team activities
No two days are the same -- it's a hands-on role where you'll really get to know the business.

Someone organised, reliable, and happy taking responsibility A confident communicator with a friendly, professional approach Comfortable using computers and common office software Able to juggle tasks and stay on top of details Happy working independently, but also enjoys being part of a team

Experience & training

Previous experience in estimating, admin, or service support is helpful but

not essential

. Full training will be provided, including product knowledge and internal systems.

Career progression

This is a

development role

with a clear path forward. The aim is for the successful candidate to grow into an

internal sales role

, with potential progression into external sales in the future. Progression will be reviewed over time based on performance, suitability, and business growth -- we genuinely want someone who wants to grow with us.
