Role Overview

We are seeking a

Sales Estimator

who will play a key role in supporting our growth by pricing projects, producing accurate quotations, and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for preparing estimates for both reactive and planned maintenance works, small projects, and refurbishments, while working closely with our operations and sales teams.

Responsibilities

Prepare timely and accurate quotations for maintenance, repair, and small works projects. Review incoming enquiries from existing and potential clients and assess project requirements. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain material and labour costs. Conduct site visits when required to assess project scopes (expenses covered). Work closely with the sales team to develop competitive pricing strategies. Assist in tender submissions and proposal presentations. Follow up on submitted quotations and actively engage in securing contracts. Maintain and update the internal CRM system with quotations, follow-ups, and outcomes. Support existing client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.

Requirements

Previous experience in estimating within facilities management, maintenance, or construction sectors. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of costings and margins. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and client requirements. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple quotes simultaneously. Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems. Desirable:

Experience in contract maintenance and small works.
