Sales Estimator
Job Description
We require a sales estimator to work within our office, duties include
Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
Collaborate with project managers and contractors to gather necessary information for bids.
Assess material and labor costs, ensuring estimates are competitive and comprehensive.
Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to refine estimating techniques and improve accuracy.
Maintain organized records of estimates and project documentation for future reference
The position would suite someone with prior experience or a knowledge of the construction industry.
working hours for part time up to 24hours and if full time 42.5 hours
location is currently folkestone but we may relocate to Dover.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
