: Sales Estimator

Salary:

32,000.00 - 35,000.00 (Dependant on experience)

Hours:

39 hours per week | Monday - Friday

Job Purpose

: We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Estimator to join our Door Set Estimating Team. You'll play a key role in managing a full project pipeline--from initial enquiry through to order completion--while working closely with our Production and Technical Sales teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing department, supporting a diverse range of construction projects and ensuring each customer receives an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities



Prepare and present accurate quotations for a variety of construction projects. Provide administrative support to the Sales Lead and Technical Sales Manager. Handle incoming customer communications, ensuring a professional and seamless journey. Manage multiple order and enquiry values ranging from 2k to 1m. Develop and nurture relationships with architects, builders, and contractors. Liaise regularly with the Production Department to ensure smooth project delivery. Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Proactively engage with prospective customers to identify new opportunities. Support general administrative and technical enquiries as required.

What You'll Bring:



Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings. Experience building relationships with architects and building contractors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload. Sales-focused and commercially minded, with a drive to achieve results. Knowledge of ironmongery and door sets (desirable). GAI qualification (advantageous but not essential). A proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude--with a good sense of humour!
