Sales Estimator

Job Description
We are currently looking to employ a Sales Estimator to join our friendly team based at Rosehill Industrial Estate, near Market Drayton this role will be office based. As a sales estimator you will be responsible for analysing leads and ensuring there is a full understanding of the customer requirements and having estimates returned within required time frames.
Key duties and responsibilities
Speaking to potential customers to obtain information. Reviewing all enquiries received by e-mail and contacting the client to clarify any points that are not clear. Build and cost the quote on our in-house quoting tool. Send the quotation via e-mail or post. All quotations sent are to be recorded on our internal system, ready to follow up. Follow up any quotation sent at regular intervals by phone or e-mail. Undertake any revisions and changes as per customer request. Discuss with customer payment terms for the project. Care for the customer and the enquiry through from receiving the lead to order.

Attention to detail Technically minded - desirable Experience in interacting with customers in a sales/estimating environment Excellent communication skills - verbal and written Strong numerical and analytical skills Commercially aware Experience working with steel portal framed agricultural and industrial buildings would be desirable (not essential)Main Business Hours :

Salary negotiable subject to experience. Enrolment to company pensions scheme after 3 months (if pass probationary period)
