An exciting career opportunity has now opened for an experienced Sales Estimator to join our dynamic team.

To be considered for the role you must have

Proven track record of monthly sales targets Prepare detailed cost estimates for various projects based on specifications, drawings, and other relevant documentation. Schuecal and logical software Reading of technical drawings Manage potential, new and existing clients Answering phones in a polite and professional manner Showroom, dealing with walk ins from trade and domestic customers Following up estimates with emails and phone calls Attend pre-bid meetings to understand project requirements and clarify any uncertainties. Monitor market trends and pricing changes to ensure estimates remain competitive. Provide support during the bidding process by preparing bid submissions and presenting estimates to clients Assisting with other job roles within the office and site teams when deemed necessary Smart appearance Resilient and determined with ambition to learn and develop

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Estimator in the Fenestration industry Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in calculations. Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Schuecal and Logical Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards is desirable.

Referenced required

20 days holiday plus bank holidays - following 3 months probation period

On going training and development

Salary 40,000 to 45,000 plus commission

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
