We're looking for a capable and enthusiastic Sales & Event Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding office-based role supporting our major event travel programmes and short-term lets business.
You'll help create, sell, and manage travel packages for events such as:
The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo
Edinburgh's Hogmanay
Scotland Tours
Rugby League events (domestic & international)
Holiday cover support may also include assisting with our licensed apartment business.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
Processing bookings and managing customer databases
Assisting with sales campaigns, availability reports, and guest documentation
Supporting package creation and pricing
Liaising with suppliers, clients, and venues
Updating booking systems and websites
Maintaining attention to detail and consistency across bookings
Essential Skills & Qualities
Confident phone manner and customer-facing skills
IT literate - comfortable with Excel, Outlook, and basic booking platforms
Highly organised and accurate with admin tasks
A team player with a strong work ethic and common sense
Flexible and calm under pressure during busy event periods
A quick and enthusiastic learner eager to continuously develop and expand skills throughout the role.
Desirable Skills & Qualities
Familiarity with Google Analytics to assist with booking source analysis
Proficiency in digital marketing, including Google Ads, social media campaigns and newsletter marketing
