We are currently looking for a event booking and client engagement specialist to join our team and play a key role in converting leads into attendees for our flagship events, including our Discovery Days and our Property Income Accelerator.
Role Overview
As a Bookings and engagement specialist, you will work closely with our existing and growing database of leads to drive attendance at our training events.
This is a results-driven role where your ability to connect with people, build rapport, and encourage participation will directly contribute to the success of our events and overall mission.
Key Responsibilities
o? ?Lead Engagement: Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and SMS to promote upcoming events.
o? ?Relationship Building: Build rapport with potential attendees, understand their needs, and provide clear information about our events.
o? ?Objection Handling: Address any concerns or objections leads may have and encourage them to take the next step.
o? ?Follow-Up: Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups with non-responsive leads to maximise conversions.
o? ?Database Management: Keep the CRM system (ClickFunnels 2.0) updated with accurate notes on interactions and outcomes.
o? ?Reporting: Provide regular updates on booking performance, including conversion rates and feedback from leads.
o? ?Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with current campaigns and messaging.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing roles is mandatory. Experience in the property investment or education sector is a bonus.
Skills:

o? ?Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Tech Savvy:
