Sales & Event Specialist

\xc2\xa323,500k per annum plus performance related bonus

5 days out of 7 including weekends and some bank holidays.

8:30am-5pm (6pm on Fridays and Saturdays during summer holidays)

Our client based in the Corwen area is currently recruiting a Sales & Event Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone from a sales or events background, particularly events graduates keen to kick start their career! You\'ll be interacting with customers in store to promote products including our client\xe2\x80\x99s beauty luxury skin care range, creating eye catching product displays, liaising with their marketing and social media team, and hosting exclusive customer events to generate sales!

Performance Objectives

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote products, offering demonstrations and samples.
• Achieve sales targets (performance bonus scheme available!).
• Analyse best sellers to create enticing displays which promote products and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
• Collate customer contact details for future VIP events.
• Coordinate and host customer events to sell to products, including supplier collaborations.
• Report on customer feedback and share new ideas to promote products.
• Liaise with marketing to promote products via social channels, and update website with promotional offers and customer events.

Person Specification

• Excellent customer service and sales skills; able to confidently engage with customers and close sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working to targets.
• Creative, commercial, and innovative thinker.
• Excellent presentation and merchandising skill with a good eye for details.
• Good organisation, numeracy and computer skills.
