An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Sales & Events Coordinator
to join our passionate team at
Ann Events Hire
. Based in our Harmondsworth office, you'll play a key role liaising with event planners, brides and grooms, and corporate clients to ensure they receive the best service, advice, and support throughout their event journey.
What You'll Do
Be an ambassador for the Ann Events Hire brand, showcasing your full knowledge of our services.
Respond to all enquiries promptly and professionally with accurate information.
Prepare and send bespoke quotations, confirmations, and invoices.
Ensure terms & conditions are signed and payments are received on time.
Follow up on outstanding bookings and maintain accurate records.
Create detailed event sheets and communicate requirements across departments.
Coordinate with suppliers for special requests and event needs.
Support the successful delivery of all events, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and secure future opportunities.
Who You Are
A natural organiser with a flair for sales and customer service.
Experienced in hospitality, events, or attractions (1 year+ preferred).
Confident, articulate, and great at building relationships both in person and over the phone.
Skilled in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using event management or booking software (Colins/ResDiary a plus).
Enthusiastic, personable, and driven to deliver memorable experiences.
Hold a
full UK driving licence
.
