San Carlo Midlands are hiring a Sales and Events Manager!
Come and join us as our new Sales & Events Manager covering our Midlands region. You will be responsible for driving revenue and managing event execution by building client relationships, selling our amazing restaurant spaces and services, developing sales plans, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring seamless event delivery for our guests.

The Distefano family, spanning two generations, started San Carlo over 30 years ago and seen it grow to twenty-five authentic Italian restaurants across the UK - from Covent Garden, Piccadilly and Knightsbridge in London to Bristol, Leicester, Liverpool Leeds, Cheshire and Manchester and with a growing number overseas - including Kuwait, Bangkok and Qatar and with new sites set to open in Miami in October this year.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with restaurant GM's in your region to plan and organise events
Build a strong network of businesses and local communities, to maximise sales opportunities
Build relationships with new, existing and regular guests
Ensure new guests are continually fed into the business, using a proactive sales approach to market the San Carlo current offering
Continually drive sales through private bookings and events
Marketing of the restaurants trough social media accounts - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok
Ownership of inbound sales and the booking system, maximising sales opportunities
Regularly attend networking events and sales opportunities to stay informed about market trends
Required Qualifications & Experience:
2 year's experience in a similar role
Team management experience
Excellent communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
