WHAT WE'D EXPECT FROM YOU;




In a Sales and Events manager, we want a driven, self-starter, with a passion for delivering fantastic service whilst driving the business forward. The role is a hybrid focusing on sales driving and on-site management of guest bookings on occasion. Winning personality and a fun-loving spirit are a must!


Overview of role responsibilities and requirements:




Pro-actively target local businesses and the wider community, driving awareness of the brand and increasing private booking enquiries A solid understanding of the hospitality industry, with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences Target driven individual who thrives on delivering results Ability to organise and manage large corporate bookings from start to finish, maintaining exceptional service throughout Ensuring events are clearly communicated to inhouse management team Corporate Client Building Building Guest Relationships You are also responsible for the delivery of the bookings at weekends and mid-week when required and to ensure successful, organised co-ordination of all venue bookings, parties and events. You are expected to at times work alongside the site's management team and operations team to ensure clear communication of site-specific operational plans are followed and manager expectations are met. Occasional on-site duty management responsibilities, focusing on guest & bookings
