The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, ensuring all client requirements are met.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives consistently.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive sales.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
