The Role



This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-driven individual who enjoys being on the road and building relationships. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, visiting our existing clients in a variety of independent shops to manage their stock orders and ensure their ongoing satisfaction. A key part of your role will be to nurture these established relationships while also identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory.

This role is perfect for someone who is organised, self-motivated, and enjoys the freedom of a sales position.

Key Responsibilities



Visit a dedicated portfolio of existing independent retail clients across multiple cities. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers. Manage and update customer stock orders for our core product ranges, including:

Bedding & Linens

Travel Goods & Luggage

Hardware & Tools

Kitchenware & Utensils

Stationery & Office Supplies

Rugs & Home Accessories

Introduce and promote new product lines, seasonal offers, and promotions to maximise sales. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting for new independent retail clients within your assigned territory. Achieve and exceed agreed weekly and monthly sales targets. Accurately record all sales activity and customer information. Represent our company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

What We're Looking For (Person Specification)



Essential:

Full UK Driving Licence and your own reliable vehicle. Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or field-based role. Excellent face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills. A confident, friendly, and persuasive personality. Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and earn commission. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. The ability to work independently and manage your own diary effectively. Comfortable with frequent travel and working in a different location each day.
Desirable:

Experience in wholesale, retail, or with homeware/hardware products. A proven track record in a target-driven sales role.
