As part of our continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Sales Executive & Account Manager to join our team -- someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

The Role



This is a dual role, combining new business development with ongoing account management. You'll be responsible for attracting new clients to the agency, managing a portfolio of existing accounts, and helping our clients get the most out of our digital services.

You'll work closely with our design, development, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience, from first contact through to delivery and ongoing strategy.

Ideal Candidate



Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within a digital marketing or creative agency environment A solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, and CRO Confident in managing the full sales cycle -- from prospecting to closing deals Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proactive, driven, and self-motivated with a results-focused mindset Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously A passion for marketing, design, and helping brands grow online

What We Offer
