This role involves leveraging software tools, including Pipedrive, to manage sales processes and enhance customer relationships. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth through telemarketing efforts and fostering long-term partnerships with clients. The company provides new leads on a daily basis
Duties
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Engage potential clients through telemarketing and follow-up communications.
Utilise Pipedrive for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales activities.
Communicate product features and benefits clearly to clients in English
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling.
Conduct market research to identify new leads and emerging trends within the industry.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand professional connections.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
Proficiency in software applications, particularly Pipedrive, for managing sales activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
Highly organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques.
