What You'll Do
As a Level 4 Sales Executive Apprentice, you'll receive comprehensive, hands-on training in the art of sales from our experienced professionals and your dedicated line manager. Alongside this practical learning, you will also benefit from structured and in-depth training provided by our external training partner for one day a week. This 18-month programme will equip you with valuable knowledge and experience in:
Digital Publishing & Communication:
Develop a strong understanding of the principles of digital advertising and communication strategies.
Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
Learn effective techniques for outbound sales, engaging with decision-makers through phone, email, and social media.
Sales & Closing Deals:
Cultivate a confident and persuasive sales approach, learning how to address different perspectives and convert leads into valuable clients.
B2B Rapport Building:
Build strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders in innovation and scientific industries, understanding their diverse needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy:
Learn to set and work towards your personal goals and maximise your revenue within a supportive framework.

You will have the opportunity to speak with the researchers and innovators at the very forefront of technology, sciences and health globally, expanding on your general knowledge and experience.
On a day-to-day basis
this job role includes daily lead generation, outreach to potential clients via various channels, scheduled and ad-hog sales calls and online meetings. We also encourage close communication with the other teams withing our company. You will have one day a week online based external training for our partnered provider.
