Sales Executive
to join the team at the Aylesbury site.

About the role:
This is not a telesales role, with 9-5 on the phones, it's about strategic selling and relationship nurturing with high interest prospects. You'll work closely with marketing and senior colleagues to identify and engage potential clients, build trust, and deliver tailored labelling solutions that meet complex business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through a strategic and consultative approach through multiple methods - from telephone outreach, LinkedIn, networking, trade shows, emails and other methods.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand client goals and challenges to provide creative, value-driven labelling solutions.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience from concept to delivery.
Achieve and exceed agreed sales and revenue targets.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in strategic or consultative B2B sales, ideally within print, packaging, or manufacturing sectors.
Skilled in nurturing relationships and developing business through insight, not volume.
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their goals.
