We are currently seeking a highly experienced sales executive to join our team, someone who can bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to enhance our collective efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service personifying the brand.
Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and fully managed, throughout the sales process and beyond.
Continually update and maintain knowledge of the brands products and services to ensure customers receive the very best service.
Establish, oversee, and continuously update a list of potential prospects by optimizing all available sales leads and resources, including the current customer database, responses to advertisements, showroom visitors, and customer referrals, etc.
Actively engage in telephone sales efforts to identify new prospects and oversee customer interactions throughout the sales process.
Staying informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and improve performance.
Working closely with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to post-sale support.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the dealership, contributing to overall business growth and profitability.
Completing necessary paperwork, including sales contracts and financing applications, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.

Are well-presented and able to engage and build positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
Able to work with defined processes and guidelines and have good core administration skills to accurately capture customer details to the required standards.
Willing to learn and adapt to new products, technologies, and sales strategies.
Have a passion for the industry and able to successfully enthuse/motivate others (customers and colleagues).
Are results focused, and resilient to manage customer objections and to learn from feedback.
Honest with high levels of integrity.
Possess a Valid Driving Licence
