Now, we're looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our Blackpool team and be part of this exciting growth journey.

The Role

This is not your typical desk job.

As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the heart of our fast paced events and education business engaging with leads, conducting outreach, and enrolling individuals onto life changing.

You'll speak to people from all walks of life, professionals, entrepreneurs and aspiring speakers, and help them take the next step toward becoming confident, paid speakers.

The role is dynamic, interactive, and perfect for someone who thrives on energy, connection, and results.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound and inbound outreach via phone, email, and social media. Engage and nurture new leads generated through events, webinars, and campaigns. Keep your sales pipeline organised, following up consistently and strategically. Hold consultative calls with prospects to identify needs and guide them in the right direction. Hit and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent client relationships. Maintain detailed CRM records and track daily activity. Travel to London bi-monthly to assist with our Speaking Academies. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimise performance and conversion rates.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Energetic, confident, and self motivated; you bring enthusiasm to every conversation. Highly organised and able to manage multiple leads and priorities at once. Target driven and accountable; you take ownership of your goals and results. Adaptable and eager to learn; comfortable with evolving systems, products, and strategies. A strong communicator; able to build rapport quickly and inspire trust. Passionate about personal growth, public speaking, and events.
Previous experience in sales, events, or customer facing roles is ideal, but a strong attitude and willingness to learn are even more important.
