We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused

B2C Sales Executive

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound sales calls, leads from our website and maximise opportunities by cross-selling and up-selling to our existing customer base. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and customer service to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Uncapped Commission!

Key Responsibilities

:

Respond to inbound sales calls and website leads, converting them into sales opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products or services. Provide customers with tailored advice, product information, and solutions to meet their needs. Follow up on warm leads and enquiries to maximise conversion rates. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends to deliver the best possible service. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications

:

Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably handling inbound sales calls and leads. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with potential and existing customers. Experience in cross-selling and up-selling products or services. Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,960.00-40,000.00 per year
