We are looking for an experienced Motor Trade Sales Executive to join our sales team immediately. We are looking for an energetic individual who radiate positivity and fully appreciate the dynamics that cement a long term customer relationships based on trust and honesty. You must be able to demonstrate that you will complement our team of like-minded colleagues and help ensure we maintain our objective of being the first choice dealership for both customer and staff in the area.
Location - Hadfield Road, Cardiff, CF11 8WD
Benefits:
This position offers excellent terms and benefits including a 25,000 basic salary and commission structure plus a company car after successful probation period - 60,000 OTE. Commission is not capped.
Full Brand training will be provided with a view to earning Brand accreditation within a maximum of 12-month period, however a understanding of the automotive industry is vital is you wish to progress to interview.
Objectives:

  • To provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service projecting the quality image of the company.
  • To hit and exceed sales targets while putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
  • To achieve personal sales targets, profit targets and activity levels as defined in the job description.
  • To use your phone skills to appoint existing customers to professionally renew expiring finance agreements.
  • To achieve all the key performance standards contained within the job description.
  • To capture customer data at the first opportunity during the sales process.
You:
  • Have an outstanding record of sales achievement.
  • Must be able to follow a process
  • Self-Motivated individual
  • Be able to comply with all company and manufacturer's disciplines, procedures, and reporting analysis.
  • Be able to work within a defined sales process environment.
  • Have exceptional administration skills.
  • Have a satisfactory level of computer skills as you will need to use our internal management system.
  • Have an understanding of database management.
  • Resilient Individual that can handle and overcome rejection
Hours & Holidays:
22 days annual holiday (increased with time served)+ 8 bank holidays
Fixed day off during the week
Every other weekend off
