Rapid Vans is an established van sales business, proudly holding a prominent position in the market. We're excited to offer this role with immense potential as our company continues to grow!
The on target earnings for this role is 75,000 per year but the commissions are uncapped so the more you want to put in, the more you'll get out.
Responsibilities:
Engaging with qualified leads and helping them in the buying process.
Sending custom finance quotes.
Utilising customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage and monitor your leads and pipeline.
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers across the country.
Dealing with your repeat customers when they come back to you year after year for their new vans.
Scouting for new business on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Working 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Our ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the motor industry and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies, as well as strong IT skills including Microsoft packages, are required. They should be able to establish and maintain positive customer relationships and have a strong drive to learn and advance within the sales field.
