Salesperson Wanted - Phone-Based Role | Lead the Charge in B2B Sales!

We're looking for a

driven, persuasive,

and

proactive Salesperson

to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be on the front line -

making outbound calls, prospecting new leads, nurturing warm prospects, and turning conversations into sales

What you'll be doing:

Making high-volume outbound sales calls to potential customers daily Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities Building strong rapport with prospects and understanding their needs Managing a pipeline of leads and progressing them through the sales cycle Booking and conducting follow-up calls, product demos, or meetings Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies

What we're looking for:

A confident, engaging communicator with a strong phone presence Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient - you're not afraid to hear "no" Experience in sales, telesales, or lead generation (B2B preferred but not essential) Strong organisational skills - you can manage multiple conversations without dropping the ball A team player with a hunger to learn, grow, and succeed
