Our Chorley showroom gives customers the chance to see our products up close, ask questions, and get honest advice. We're looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Consultant to join the team--someone who's confident talking to customers, has a good eye for detail, and is focused on delivering a great experience while helping us grow.

The Role:

As a Sales Consultant and Product Specialist, your job is to make it easy for customers to find the right radiator and leave happy. You'll be at the heart of the showroom--helping people face-to-face, supporting smooth operations behind the scenes, and making sure everything runs seamlessly day-to-day.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting and talking to customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right product Using your product knowledge (we'll train you) to give clear, confident advice Taking and processing orders accurately, both in person and over the phone Working closely with warehouse staff to make sure the right products reach the right customers Supporting admin tasks such as shipping labels, returns, and answering customer calls Encouraging satisfied customers to leave online reviews Keeping the showroom clean, well-stocked, and easy to browse

What We're Looking For:

Someone who's comfortable in a sales environment and enjoys helping customers make decisions A good listener who can explain things clearly and build trust quickly Confident, reliable, and organised--with a hands-on approach to work Retail or customer service experience is ideal--but we're open to the right attitude and approach Available to work 25 hours per week, including fixed shifts on Saturdays with some flexibility for other days
