About the role:
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic sales driven individual to join our growing Renewals Sales team.
The duties included are:
Manage the sales inbox, committing contracts and sending confirmations before the end of each day.
Liaise daily with customers and brokers by phone and email.
Achieve individual and team targets to renew SME gas and power accounts, helping to develop and grow our portfolio.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience:
Proven sales experience with strong negotiation skills.
The ability to process a high volume of information accurately to meet SLA timeframes and KPIs.
Excellent communication skills, with confidence in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders both by phone and email
Can multi-task and prioritise workload effectively
Prior knowledge of the energy industry is not required - full training will be provided.
