This role requires proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant software, as well as the capability to engage with English customers. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales.
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on performance metrics.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
Experience
Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role is essential.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective strategies.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire for continuous improvement.
