Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth through building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Process payments.
Enter customer information and bookings onto our CRM system - develop and manage CRM to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work with colleagues to co-ordinate calendars and schedules throughout the year.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team
Utilising selling techniques and product knowledge to secure sales
Over-achieving agreed targets
Gathering and recording all client information accurately
Other responsibilities as and when required
Skills:
An excellent communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to prioritise your workload in a busy, pressurised environment. An expert in providing top-notch service and enjoy collaborating with people. You will remain professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. You must be able to multi-task, demonstrate initiative, motivation and a 'can do' attitude.
CRM software experience is advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Confident reaching out to potential customers
Polite, professional and confident phone manner
Flexible approach with the ability to think on your feet, resolve issues and prioritise responsibly to manage own workload
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Ability to work with individuals across departments and liaise with external customers and contacts
Have a strong work ethic and be a goal orientated, self-motivated team player.
Have the ability to bring an upbeat personality into the workplace and, always maintain a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
Have an ability to work autonomously.
Must have good administration and time management skills to maintain workload and paperwork in an effective and controlled manner.
Possess great collaboration and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Superior organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Learn quickly and are resourceful
Co-ordinate multiple tasks, simultaneously

Full driving licence and use of own car is desirable
