Sales Executive

to join our expanding team in Doncaster, working across both corporate and industrial sectors - including professional services and the welding industry.

You'll manage your own portfolio of clients, drive new business, and build strong relationships with a wide range of customers--from senior corporate decision-makers to straightforward, no-nonsense trades professionals. Key Responsibilities



Develop and manage your own portfolio of B2B and industrial clients Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking Conduct consultative sales calls and tailor proposals to meet client needs Build long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients Handle objections with confidence and close deals with professionalism Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support Maintain accurate records of activity in the CRM system Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity

About You



Proven experience in

B2B or telephone-based sales

Strong communicator--comfortable with both professional stakeholders and direct industrial customers Confident, resilient, and proactive approach to business development Consultative sales style with a focus on understanding client needs Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals Experience in the welding, construction, or related industries is a plus CRM experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are desirable
