Sales Executive
Job Description
J.C. Campbell Electrics is now recruiting for a full time Sales Executive, who will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer care for the growing customer base. This position will report to company directors and will be responsible for ensuring customers enjoy a great shopping experience every time. You will answer customer queries, ask the right questions, find the correct products and make the sale. This job is all about connecting with the customer - understanding their needs, sharing your knowledge and bringing products to life.
This is a position for someone who connects naturally with people, exhibits outstanding judgment and professionalism, possesses excellent organisational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll get a kick out of matching the customer to what they really need and seeing their purchase made. You will need to be big on customer service and genuinely helpful in your approach.
When your assistance is needed, you will also be required to work across other areas of the store.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring Customers enjoy a great customer experience in store
Gaining an understanding of Customer needs, finding the correct products, and making the sale
Handling telephone enquiries from customers
Keeping the internal Stock System up to date at all times
Ensuring customers are kept up to date on the status of their order throughout all stages of the purchase process
Taking details of customer issues and placing of service calls
Negotiating replacements with suppliers if appropriate
General administration duties
Assisting with returns
Keeping the showroom clean and tidy, to ensure it is aesthetically pleasing when customers are in store
Assisting with putting new products on display
Ensuring Price Tickets are kept up to date on all items in the showroom
Essential:
Previous Sales experience with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
Personable, team player
Great communicator
Able to work and enjoy a fast-paced environment and show "calm in the storm"
Strong organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail
Demonstrable experience of problem solving and answering customer queries
Desirable:
Experience in Electrical Retail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
