We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our friendly team at Condell Building Supplies in Hemel Hempstead.

Condell is a well-established supplier of building materials to the trade, and we're proud of our reputation for reliability, product knowledge, and great service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives on achieving results, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and help the team when it's busy.

You'll be at the heart of the branch -- building trusted relationships, promoting our product range, processing orders, and ensuring customers get the right materials on time, every time.

What you'll be doing

Building relationships with new and existing trade customers Promoting Condell's full range of products --Velux windows and steel lintels in particular Preparing quotes, processing orders, and handling queries efficiently Actively identifying and developing new business opportunities Visiting customer sites to maintain relationships and deliver samples or small orders Helping out in the yard when required -- we're a small team, so teamwork and flexibility are key

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience in builders' merchants or construction materials Strong customer focus, communication, and negotiation skills Results-driven, proactive, and hands-on -- comfortable helping wherever needed Forklift experience is an advantage Right to work in the UK

What you'll get

Salary:

37,000 per annum

Hours:

7am-5pm Monday to Friday, 8am-12pm alternate Saturdays

Holiday:

21 days per year plus Bank Holidays
