The Role

Your First 12 Months - Core Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage business clients in the beauty, wellness, and barber sectors
Conduct outbound calls, social outreach, emails, and live product demos
Understand customer pain points and present tailored solutions using THAT TIME
Close deals and exceed monthly revenue and activity KPIs
Manage your pipeline using our CRM, maintaining detailed and accurate records
Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success and marketing to enhance strategies
Bring energy, hustle, and a positive mindset to a fast-paced sales environment
Your Growth Track - Leadership Development (During Year 1)
Work directly with founders and sales leaders through a structured mentorship track
Shadow sales strategy meetings, performance reviews, and hiring processes
Lead mini-projects (e.g., outreach campaigns, trial conversion playbooks)
Contribute ideas to scale repeatable processes for our next growth stage
Receive training in coaching, leadership, performance management, and strategic sales
Your Future Responsibilities (Sales Manager - Within 12-18 Months)
Build and lead your own sales team, hiring and onboarding new members
Coach and manage Sales Executives to exceed targets through performance reviews, feedback, and mentoring
Develop, refine, and own the outbound sales strategy for your vertical or region
Collaborate with co-founders and leadership on go-to-market initiatives
Forecast and report on sales pipeline and team performance
Shape culture, rituals, and incentives to keep your team happy and high-performing
Drive continuous process improvements using tools, data, and automation

At least 1-2 years of sales experience (ideally in SaaS or beauty/wellness), but we value grit over your CV
A fire in your belly to hit targets and grow fast
Demonstrated leadership qualities--maybe you've mentored a teammate, led a project, or naturally taken charge
Confident, personable, and able to build rapport quickly
Adaptable, tech-savvy, and always eager to learn
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus points if you've used FreshDesk, Zendesk, or Salesforce--but we'll teach you if not
