Duties
Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through targeted research, networking, and structured outreach activities.
Build and maintain long?term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and sustained loyalty.
Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to propose tailored graphics or software solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations aligned with client objectives and industry needs.
Manage and maintain an organised sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and progress.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with organisational revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with technical, design, and marketing teams to support market expansion and solution positioning.
Provide post?sales support to ensure smooth project handover, ongoing engagement, and client retention.
Skills
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong analytical ability to understand client challenges and identify suitable process?optimisation or digital solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
Highly organised, proactive, and strategic in planning and executing sales activities.

Familiarity with selling graphics, digital services, or custom software solutions is advantageous.
