Our expectations of you

To look, smell your best and smile! To generate leads by talking to as many passing potential customers as possible and engaging with them by either handing them a tester card or demonstrating some of our amazing products To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service To maintain outstanding store standards through visual merchandising and cleanliness

Key requirements

Able to work a minimum 35hrs per week, generally over 5 days, mainly Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 2-10pm Friday & Saturday and 11:45-6:15 pm on Sundays You must have sales experience and be an effective and efficient communicator You must be approachable, friendly, and professional Committed and dedicated, with a great standard of personal presentation You must be driven, and passionate about sales and self-motivated Have a minimum 1 year of sales experience (not just retail or customer service) Be a team-player You can work well under pressure & in a fast-paced environment Have a passion for fragrances Be fluent in English
