Casen Doors supplies high-quality wooden doors, aluminium doors, steel doors, and aluminium canopies to residential and commercial clients. We operate across B2B and B2C markets, supporting customers in the UK, Europe, USA, and Australia.
As part of our growth plans, we are looking for a driven Sales Executive to help expand our sales activity and grow into a senior sales role as the business scales.
Role Overview
This is a hybrid sales role combining remote work with client meetings when required, primarily around Windsor, Berkshire, where our office is based.
The Sales Executive will play a key role in generating new business, managing client relationships, and supporting international sales activities across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage B2B and B2C sales opportunities
Support sales across UK, Europe, USA, and Australia
Attend client meetings when required (mainly Windsor and surrounding areas)
Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
Proven sales experience within wooden doors, aluminium doors, steel doors, or aluminium canopies
Experience in B2B and B2C sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to manage international clients
Must be based in or near Windsor, Berkshire
Willingness to attend client meetings as required
