The Role

You'll work with warm leads from more than 25 education websites, guiding individuals to the right course and exam options. Your role is to listen, advise, and support them through the process with professionalism and care.

Daily activities will include:

Making 100-150 outbound and inbound calls and speaking with 50+ interested learners Engaging with prospects via phone, email, and live chat Managing follow-ups and callbacks with strong organisation Meeting personal and team targets, with attractive bonuses available Building product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions
What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivation and good organisational skills A customer-first, ethical approach to sales Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential if you're confident, proactive, and quick to learn
