Overview



We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive, who will play a key role in developing the businesses during this very exciting period of growth at AquaTerra Training, Polaris Learning, Bon Accord Training & IED Training Solutions.

Role Summary



A Sales Executive is responsible for helping to drive the growth of our business by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining productive relationships with existing and potential customers. The role requires a proactive approach to generate leads, understand market trends, and convert prospects into loyal clients. This role includes a blend of mobile work and office-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Market Research:



Support with market research to identify potential customers and evaluate their needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media channels.

Client Engagement:



Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients, either face-to-face, over the phone, or via video conference. Listen carefully to clients' requirements and provide tailored product or service presentations. Follow up on client enquiries and maintain contact to convert leads into sales.

Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and secure referrals.

Reporting & Feedback:



Help create regular reviews and sales reports to share performance metrics with management. Gather feedback from customers and share insights with internal teams to support product development and marketing strategies.

Participation in Marketing & Events:



Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events as required. Assist with promotional activities and special events to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Administrative & Customer Support:



Answer and direct incoming calls and emails; maintain central inboxes. Handle routine customer enquiries. Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and trade shows, ensuring proper logistics and materials are in place. Work closely with internal teams to ensure order fulfilment and satisfactory customer delivery.

CRM and Data Management:



Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client and prospect data. Track sales pipelines and maintain records of sales activities and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills



Experience:



Proven track record in sales or customer service, ideally as a Sales Executive or similar role in either B2B or B2C environments. Experience in account management, business development, or similar sales-based roles is beneficial.

Communication:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of delivering engaging presentations and persuasive negotiations.

Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable. Strong interpersonal skills, able to build long-term client relationships. A fast learner who works well and collaboratively. Proactive in problem solving and committed to delivering exceptional service. Genuine interest in the company's products and customer satisfaction.

Licence:



Full UK Driving Licence (Required)

Working Conditions

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
