Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and effectively communicating our product offerings. This role requires a blend of strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities in both English, and proficiency in using software tools such as Endole to manage customer interactions.

Duties

Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels including telephone, emails and live chats. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct presentations and service demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings. Utilise sales trackers to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on sales performance. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for achieving targets. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage but not essential.
