Key Responsibilities:




Greet customers and guide them through the car buying journey with professionalism and enthusiasm Develop strong product knowledge across our range of vehicles (new and used) Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction scores Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients Ensure accurate completion of all documentation and compliance procedures

What We're Looking For:




Previous sales experience (automotive sales is a plus, but not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-first attitude with a strong desire to succeed Full UK driving licence Self-motivated, well-organised, and resilient

Work schedule

: Monday to Friday 08.30 to 18.00 with a set day off during the week. Saturday 08.30 to 17.00. Every other Sunday 11.00 to 16.00. 5.5 Days average per week.


Salary

: 20,000 plus commission
