Role Description



Are you a natural salesperson who thrives on building strong customer relationships and closing deals? Do you know your way around the building materials industry and have a solid customer base in the local area?

We're looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kings Langley. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that's committed to customer service, innovation, and growth.

In this fast-paced role, you'll be the go-to contact for both trade and retail customers--handling enquiries by phone, email and in person, providing quotes, and taking orders. You'll also play a key part in driving branch sales by actively promoting our products and services and seeking new business opportunities in the area.

Responsibilities:



Responding to customer enquiries and processing orders Preparing accurate and competitive quotes Building strong relationships with existing clients and developing new business Promoting Lords products and services across the local market Working as part of a supportive and energetic branch team

Competitive Salary Offered



Hours: 7am-5pm Mon-Fri, 7am-12pm alternate Saturdays

Holiday: 21 days per year plus Bank Holidays

Benefits: Discretionary bonus scheme

Requirements



At least 2 years' sales experience in the building materials or builders merchants sector A well-established local customer base Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills A team mindset with a proactive and positive approach Comfortable using email, order systems, and basic IT tools Right to work in the UK
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-38,000.00 per year
