Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote our products.
Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or home improvement sector.
Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus).
Excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
