The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll be on the frontline of our campaigns, representing clients with professionalism and enthusiasm. You'll be trained in customer engagement, sales techniques, and campaign strategy - all while earning real-world experience that sets you up for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Interact face-to-face with customers to promote products and services
Provide expert knowledge and friendly support to help customers make informed choices
Meet daily and weekly targets in a structured, performance-focused environment
Attend regular coaching, training sessions, and team meetings
Offer campaign feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales strategy
Progress toward senior and team leadership roles through our internal development programme
