Salary:

Uncapped OTE, Basic salary of 20,000 per annum

Our Chiswick location has been established since 2001 and is the Honda Flagship dealership in London offering cars, motorcycles, marine and lifestyle products.

What you'll be doing:

Accomplish maximum profitability from all aspects of the sales department Proactively use our long established and extensive company database for customer follow-ups, to maximise sales and maintain repeat business Carry out comprehensive and accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles Adhere to company and franchise standards, policies and procedures always

What we need from you:

Minimum 2 years previous experience within car sales, achieving sales targets and KPI's Have the drive and determination to exceed all set targets and sales objectives Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen. Confidence to advise, influence or persuade in all circumstances Ability to identify new business opportunities Self-motivated and driven to succeed in business and your own personal growth and development Full and valid driving licence
