Three or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to travel at least 50% of the time. We are seeking a qualified field sales executive to offer self employed role with vast experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We're looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills -- someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.

Responsibilities



Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs Manage the month-end and year-end close processes Work closely with the management team to chase, follow and convert opportunities and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets for sales To achieve KPIs for Strategic Plan focus areas Effective management of customer through optimised contact and visit strategy ranging from routine visits, quarterly reviews and staff training To acquire and maintain a high level of technical product knowledge to facilitate conversations Thorough understanding of customers strategy and competitor activity and create awareness internally through networking to ensure an appropriate feed into the channel business planning process

Required skills and qualifications.
