We are now looking for a
Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a motivated, results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships and winning new business in the events and hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
Generate leads using tools such as Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
Build and prioritise strategic target account lists.
Craft tailored outbound sequences (emails, LinkedIn InMails, cold calls).
Manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to closing deals.
Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients and partners.
Collaborate with operations managers to ensure flawless client delivery.
Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance with improvement suggestions.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience in
B2B sales / business development
(events, hospitality, or recruitment preferred).
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong communication (verbal & written) and organisational skills.
Knowledge of the events/recruitment industry is an advantage.
Willingness to travel within the UK for industry events.
What We Offer
Probation Period
: 1 Month (minimum wage + high commission at 20%).
Salary after probation
: 30,000-35,000 per year (depending on experience).
