We operate in the access equipment industry, specialising in the hire and sale of equipment for working at heights. As well as that, we are an industry-leading company for training courses related to the products we hire and sell. The company is a family-run business classified as an SME, and the small team is seeking to add a prolific salesperson who can help drive the business's growth.

Summary

The individual ideally needs to be familiar with the 'Plant Hire' industry and

needs

to have a level of experience selling B2B in the UK (UK to UK business sales). The role is a complete sales takeover where the candidate will manage prospecting and account management, inclusive of opening and closing. The role involves working closely with the directors, who will help you with sales. Our goal is to take on new customers and retain them month on month.

30k salary offered with a target-based commission structure on top.

Responsibilities

Bring new customers into the business and retain them using our services Selling to customers who have previously purchased from the business Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers Use of Hubspot CRM Ability to work to performance-based KPI's Identify and engage potential clients through various channels Provide product knowledge and support to clients Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Qualifications

Ability to cold call Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the access equipment sector Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in CRM software, with experience using Hubspot Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is beneficial
