The Role
We're looking for motivated, confident, and personable Sales Executives to join our growing team.
This is an opener role - you'll contact warm leads who have already inquired about our services, build rapport, and book them into consultations or live demonstrations with our senior closers to sell them our software & program.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage inbound leads only
- Build excitement, trust, and interest in our consultation services.
- Qualify prospects and schedule them with senior consultants for closing.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up activity.
- Consistently hit daily/weekly KPIs for dials, conversations, and bookings.
- Represent Trace ASI professionally and align with company values.
- Take initiative and be quick to solve and answer questions over the phone.
