Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, guiding them through the car-buying journey.
Showcase vehicles, explaining their features and benefits to potential buyers.
Conduct test drives, ensuring a smooth and informative experience for the customer.
Negotiate sales prices, complete all necessary paperwork, and finalize vehicle purchases.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or queries.
Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in person.
Maintain detailed records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Use sales management software to track leads, appointments, and sales performance.
Apply upselling techniques to increase overall sales revenue and enhance customer experience.
Participate in regular team meetings and help with showroom duties as needed (e.g., vehicle display, photographing cars, supporting the preparation team).
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Proven sales experience (automotive industry experience is preferred, but not required).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and present suitable options.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, leads, and sales processes simultaneously.
Proficiency in using sales management software (training can be provided if needed).
Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative.
A strong work ethic and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
Availability to work weekends (with time off during the week) to accommodate our busy periods.
